Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the measuring tape level and comfortably fitted.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

It reflects light up to 150 metres, compared with around 25 metres for standard clothing. The windproof and water repellent construction protects the wearer from wind and light rain. It is designed for outdoor activities such as jogging, cycling, dog walking and evening walks.
