At Oxford Label, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every item you order. If something does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and fair returns process.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with all tags attached, and free from odours, stains, or damage.
We recommend trying items on at home and keeping the original packaging until you decide whether you would like to keep the item.
Return Costs
⚠️ Please note before purchasing: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting our size guide carefully before placing your order. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive full return instructions by email.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at support@oxfordlabel.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive return instructions by email. Pack the item securely and send it using a shipping carrier of your choice with a tracking number. Please do not send any items back before receiving our confirmation — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oxfordlabel.co.uk. In this case, no return shipment is required — a photo of the item is sufficient as proof. We will immediately arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
