Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. Our focus is on providing customers in the UK with a reliable and smooth service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of the order value or number of items. Whether you order one item or several, you will never pay shipping costs.
Processing Time
After your payment has been received and confirmed, your order is typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant details.
Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 4 to 11 business days, depending on the delivery location and the carrier's workload. In rare cases, such as public holidays or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
