Shipping Policy

We currently deliver orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, regardless of the order value or number of items purchased.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 GMT. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be treated as having been received on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

After your payment has been successfully received and confirmed, your order is typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Transit Time

After dispatch, the estimated transit time is 3 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location and carrier operations.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Including both processing and transit time, orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately 4 to 11 business days from the applicable order date. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Carriers

We work with logistics partners to deliver orders throughout the United Kingdom. The carrier used may vary depending on the order and delivery destination. When tracking information is available, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can follow the progress of your shipment through our Order Tracking page.

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update. If you experience an issue with your tracking information, please contact us at support@oxfordlabel.co.uk.

Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

You can request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible at support@oxfordlabel.co.uk. If the order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment.

In addition, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period by submitting a request through the withdrawal form.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oxfordlabel.co.uk. In this case, no return shipment is required — a photo of the item is sufficient as proof. We will immediately arrange a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Delays

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During high-demand periods, public holidays, severe weather, or unexpected carrier disruptions, processing or transit times may occasionally be longer than estimated. If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@oxfordlabel.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
