Chest / Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the measuring tape level and comfortably fitted.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
